Mahogany Mountain Vineyard & Winery is a small boutique winery specializing in limited production of award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Mourvedre, Zinfandel and Port-style dessert wine. Our vineyard is located in a picturesque and sunny high valley (1,500 ft. elevation) in Ramona, California surrounded by mountains. Our microclimate is perfect for growing red wine grapes: hot long summer days and cool nights produce beautifully ripe fruits with deep intense flavors.

In 1996, we started making wine on premises using locally grown grapes. In 1997, we planted our own vineyards with Cabernet, Merlot, Mourvedre and Zinfandel varietals. In 2004, we expanded our vineyard to add Syrah to our collection of red wine varietals. Our winemaking techniques include small bin fermentation, hand punch-down of caps and hand press.
