Lakes Homes & Program Development, Inc., a private, non-profit corporation was established on September 29, 1977, under and in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statues Chapter 317, as a community based organization to provide residential and supportive living services to children and adults who have a primary diagnosis of mental retardation and associated physical, sensory, or medical handicap; respite care services; and services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
